Day 1Arrive in Beijing | Airport Transfer
Upon your arrival in Beijing, your private tour guide and driver will greet you with warm smiles. They will escort you to your hotel, allowing you to rest after your long flight.
Day 2Beijing | The Great Wall and the Temple of Heaven
Breakfast & Lunch
After a 1½-hour drive from downtown Beijing, you will reach Mutianyu. This is the most child-friendly section of the Great Wall, with a pristine 2½-kilometer (1½-mile) section that was fully restored in 1986. Use the round-way cable car to save time and energy. At the Wall, your guide will give an introduction and tips for the best experience. Then you will have about 2 hours free time to explore.
Later, head to the Temple of Heaven, a sacred site and architectural masterpiece. Many locals go to the Temple of Heaven to engage in traditional activities such as tai chi, calligraphy, painting, and other cultural practices.
Day 3Beijing to Harbin | The Life of Royalty and Commoners

Begin your day at iconic Tian’anmen Square. Then, continue north to visit the majestic Forbidden City to explore ancient Chinese imperial architecture. Your knowledgeable tour guide will explain its historical with stories of the emperors and help you uncover the secrets of its royal architecture.

Day 4Beijing to Harbin | The Summer Palace and a Bullet Train

The Summer Palace is the best-preserved and largest imperial garden area in China. Stroll through its lush gardens, admire the stunning architecture, and get a glimpse into China’s imperial history at the Long Corridor and the Marble Boat.
Take a bullet train to Harbin after lunch.
Day 5Harbin | The Ice and Snow World and Sun Island

Visit Harbin Sun Island Scenic Area, and enjoy the charming ice or snow sculptures and architecture.
Take memorable photos with the giant snowman and the sunset at ‘Diamond Sea‘, an ice harvesting site on the Songhua River.

The Eastern Scenic Area offers ice and snow activities, including large man-made ski slopes, ice slides, a children’s playground, a Christmas square, a maze, inflatable structures, and more for endless entertainment.
Day 6Harbin | Harbin Polarland and Zhaolin Park

Harbin Polarland is another must-visit park for a family with young kids. As the world’s first polar-themed park, it offers a unique experience with attractions and exhibits featuring polar animals like penguins, polar bears, and arctic wolves.
At lunchtime, join an old Harbin food tour in the Laodaowai area, where Harbin originated. You’ll sample six kinds of traditional Harbin food while exploring the vibrant streets filled with local life.
